Yes. We are committed to selling 100% conflict-free diamonds and adhere strictly to the Kimberley Process. For high-value pieces, we provide official third-party certification (e.g., GIA or IGI, where applicable) for transparency regarding the 4 Cs.

Do you offer repair or cleaning services?
We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for all TRITIKSHA pieces. Repair services are available; please bring the piece to the showroom for assessment and quotation.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
